The Standard Orientation Protocol is a female-voiced character whose sole duty is to give orientation to the patient so that they can adapt inside the dream state. This character is not a human, though, as her voice is similar to those produced by text-to-speech engine. It is assumed that this character is an AI with a female voice which only follows orders from the protocol given.

This character first appeared at the beginning of the game, namely in Chapter 1.
